Refund policy

1. Free trial

The free trial needs no payment card. If birooo isn't right for you, simply don't choose a plan: nothing is charged.

2. Subscriptions

Plans are billed in advance for each period (monthly or yearly). You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and the service stays available until then.

Periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

3. Billing mistakes

If you were charged by mistake (for example twice for the same period), write to us within 14 days and we will refund the amount in full to the original payment method.
