Do I need my own domain?+
Yes. birooo works with a domain your company owns, like yourcompany.ma or yourcompany.com. If you don't have one yet, buy one from any domain registrar and connect it in a few minutes.
Can I keep using Outlook or my phone's mail app?+
Yes. Sign in with your birooo address in any mail app that supports IMAP and SMTP. If two-factor sign-in is on, create an app password for it in My account.
What happens when the free trial ends?+
You choose a plan to keep using birooo. The trial needs no card, so nothing is ever charged without your agreement.
Where is my data stored?+
Our mail servers are in France, in the European Union, and your data always travels over encrypted connections.
Can I send newsletters or bulk email?+
No. birooo is for your company's everyday email. Bulk and unsolicited mailing is not allowed: it protects the delivery of every customer's mail.
